Latitude.webAccess is a Microsoft®.NET web-based application that allows your agency to extend functionality and services to your customers. Your customers need only Internet access and Microsoft's® Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher. They may search and review accounts, including demographics, notes, payment history and post-dated check information. And users may post requests to notify your staff via Email of direct payments, adjustments, closes and demographic changes. Extensive security features include encryption and limiting access to specific customers, while monitoring your customer's activity.
