AIM manages the flow of information between you and the OCA.
Information to OCA:
Placements, direct payments & adjustment, pending recalls, final recalls, demographic changes (phone address), bankruptcy & deceased information, user defined data
Information from OCA:
Payments, bankruptcies & deceased information, demographic changes (phone address), close notifications, reconciliation, status changes, user defined data
