Description: Large collection agency that works high-volume business in a very dialer intensive way, using its own internal IT development staff.

Situation: FBCS had a single branch location running "The Collector System" by Columbia Ultimate (CUBS) with 6 million debtor accounts and two 90 seat Noble System dialers.

Result: Latitude Software successfully converted FBCS and integrated its 290-seat Noble system dialers, allow the in-house IT development staff to develop custom reports and customer interfaces because of the scalability of Latitude's open Microsoft SQL database.

Fast Fact : It took the collector system 18 hours to export 1 million accounts and 26 minutes to convert those accounts into a Latitude database. Extra Facts :FBCS completed the implementation of Latitude debt collection and recovery management system in early 2004. Latitude uses Microsoft's robust database technology, Microsoft SQL server, to manage data flow and provide comprehensive reporting. Success Stories: Debt Buyer

Atlantic Credit & Finance

Location: Roanoke, VA

Description: Large Debt Buyer that works accounts in-house as well as forwards accounts to outside collection agencies and attorneys.

Situation: ACF has three branch locations with more than 300 seats. ACF's collection platform was WinDebt. WinDebt is a FoxPro-based system that required ACF to have multiple databases for each branch operation. ACF also wanted to install a 96 seat Noble system dialer.

Result: Latitude Software successfully converted ACF by merging its multiple WinDebt databases into a single Latitude Microsoft SQL database and successfully integrating the 96-seat Noble system dialer with real-time screen popups and updating.
